Below is the exact wording from the interim injunction order passed by Sri. Syamlal S R, Additional District Judge – II, Ernakulam on 13th July 2026 regarding Indian Space Olympiad (ISO) 2026 by Indian Space School:
“3. The affidavit filed by the petitioner and the documents produced by the petitioner show that the petitioner has a prima facie case. If notice is issued, delay will defeat the purpose of granting an injunction. Hence, prior notice to the respondent is dispensed with, and a temporary injunction is granted restraining the respondent, its directors, promoters, employees, agents, or any person acting on its behalf, from organizing, conducting, or marketing any programme under the trade name "Indian Space Olympiad (ISO)" or any mark which is deceptively similar until 04.08.2026. The petitioner is directed to comply with Order 39, Rule 3(a).”
